beckj
I installed Roxio 2010 pro and then installed vhs to dvd and it installed over 2010 and erased the program. How do I get pro back?
Brendon
I paid for both of them. That makes no sense that i have to uninstall creator 10 to use V2D and vice-versa. There is a solution for sure. I am looking for it and I need help Thank you Dep You have been told the solution by those who know it. Accept it. The only other solution I can think of is to buy another computer, so you can run the other software on it.
gi7omy
What you did was to install the full suite - then install ONE app from that suite on top of it - hence the problem. VHS to DVD is a part of the full suite already so once the suite is installed, you don't NEED to install it
gi7omy
You may have to do the clean install procedure to remove everything and then re-install Creator 2010 If you have Vista or wondows 7: http://kb.roxio.com/search.aspx?URL=/content/kb/Creator/000207CR&PARAMS= For XP: http://kb.roxio.com/search.aspx?URL=/content/kb/Creator/000206CR&PARAMS= Don't skip or add any steps. As a last resort, use Revo Uninstaller in moderate mode to get rid of the last bits
Jim_Hardin
You can't have both on your PC! Follow Daithi's instructions and ONLY install 2010! Put the V2D disc away...

There is a solution for sure. I am looking for it and I need help Thank you Dep C2010 and the USB Capture Device that comes with the Easy VHS to DVD Software, is all you need. C2010 is so much more including everything you can do with Easy VHS to DVD Software. You shouldn't of bought both, the USB Capture Device is available with out buying Easy VHS to DVD Software. Some Retail's sold a C2010 SE that included the USB Capture Device at a very good price. So clean everything up and only install C2010 and use the USB Capture Device with it..
