How I Bought The Right Back Up Software?

Hi, i'm completely confused.

 

I've sussed that I can do a back up via the disk drive on 'My Computer', but how would I retrieve all my docs & pics if my laptop was stolen or destroyed?

 

I've searched all through the Roxio site, but I can't find anywhere where it shows my information is stored.

 

I'm wondering if i've miss understood the product.

 

Can anyone clarify this for me?

If you are using BOT3 then your data is saved to whatever destination you chose.

You should never save your data or image to the drive you're backing up.

 

If you're using BOT online then I can't say where the data is saved or how to get to it.I've never used the product.

Yes I'm using Back On Track Online. I may have to take another look at things.
