No Menu Buttons In Preview Or Dvd Burn

Shelli

Question

I initially did a DVD in Roxio Creator 10 but it would not burn so I upgraded to Roxio 2010. The project now burns beautifully but in the preview there are no navigation buttons to navigate through the menu. I have the same result once the DVD is burned. There are no buttons showing on the television for DVD navigation purposes. However, the functionality is working. I can navigate the menu both in the preview and on the television but it is like a game of "hide and seek" with either the mouse or the DVD remote. I'm ok with it but I have to deliver this DVD to 31 Kinder parents. I really really NEED navigation buttons to appear! HELP! Thank you!!

Did you use your old dmsm project file from EMC 10??? If so, you can try re-selecting the menu theme… Otherwise you may have to recreate it from scratch.

There is an known issue with Partial buttons or buttons that don't work. Description & Solution Here

Lastly, I would suggest throwing together a test with DVD RW using just your Theme and a bunch of still pics to simulate your project.

It would be nice if you could post more details and perhaps a screen cap of your Project…
