Roxio Vhs To Dvd

I bought Roxio easy VHS to DVD when i tried to install it it goes through language setup and then says "system does not meet requirement this software will not be installed". But I know for a fact that my system does have over and above the requirements, i am running

Windows 7 home premium

AMD Sempron Processor 2.20 GHz

64-bit operating system

3.00 gigs of ram

320 g hard drive

 

I am usually pretty good with this stuff but AHHHHHHH..lol

also 2861 driver wont work tried the driver update USB VIDEO CAPTURE got halfway and error came up update not needed for this system, well along those lines
