Roxio Can't Set Up In My Computer

You won't find a customer rep here (actually you're very unlikely to find any Roxio staff as this is a users' forum)

 

But, a few questions:

 

What operating system are you using and what service pack?

 

What are your computer specs (CPU, RAM and Graphics)

 

You say you downloaded the program - did you actually download it from tje internet or do you mean you installed it (from DVD or ran the download .exe file)?

I downloaded Roxio pro 2010. I had already on my the roxio Easy media creator 10 suite

I have dell insporion 531 , 64 x2, 5600 +(2.80ghz)

256 mb nvidia 8600gt-ddr3,ins

3gb, 667mhz-2x1gb/2x512mb,brst mt

48x cdrw/dvd combo and 16x+ dvd+/rwdriv

 

adobe acrobat reader 7.0 eim

combo tv tuner w/rmt,tvt7, fhdim

 

I took that information from the backing slip I hope that will answer your questions

The hardware seems fine - but what OS are you using. If it's Vista, you do need at least SP1 or you will get an error

Operating system = XP, Vista, W7, and what service packs for the one you have of them?

 

Down load and run Belarc Advisor (link); it will tell you a lot about your computer. Please don't copy and paste the entire readout! Just the answers to the questions you were asked.
