Greetings,

 

Installed Roxio CReator 10, but can't use it. Firstly I got "Roxio Creator has encountered a problem and needs to close"..no further progress possible. I used the repair procedure, and get the message " Unable to read 'certificate file'". I also received the instruction "close Roxio burn E" ..but this was not in use.

 

What is going on? help please!

Thanks for that. I did the 'certificate file' procedure as suggested. I can't test its efficiency because the previous fault mentioned above ( the needs to close) still prevents the program from working.

 

ny further help available please?
