My installation of Creator 2010 has the "Options Button on Video Copy and Convert causes crash" problem which is listed as being fixed in SP2. I have applied SP2 but I still experience the problem:
1) launch "Copy and Convert Video"
2) click the Options button (upper right corner)
3) click Cancel on the Options dialog
4) get a Microsoft Windows dialog stating that "Roxio VideoConvert has stopped working". Crash details are as follows:

My system:
Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 32-bit 3 GB RAM 40 GB free space on C: drive
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5600+ 2.80 GHz
The "About" dialog lists the following:
Roxio Creator 2010
Version: 1.2.193 SP2.1 SP2; 5.0.0.0
Build: 121B93A, R03; 500B22A, R03
I tried to re-apply the SP2 patch but is comes up and says that my software is up-to-date.
I was able to create my movie using VideoWave as has been suggested in other threads, but it would be nice to be able to use Copy and Convert Video.
