I have been using Creator 2010 for about a month now and have some questions and comments.
Most of what I do are slideshow movies with video clips and still pics with no menus. I am having a few problems. I am unable to run in Hardware mode as some of my transitions turn to black as the show transitions to the next pic so I have switched to Software mode. Running in Software mode does not allow for full use of the program. Another problem I posted to earlier has to do with the pixilation of the thumbnails and transition icons. I generally Save about every 15 minutes and also Save As to my backup file. I then reopen the original file. After about 15 openings and restores the thumbnails and icons are unreadable. I am able to restore the thumbnails and icons by deleting the .dat files and they will restore themselves on the next opening of the file. Not a huge problem but irritating. I did not have this problem with EMC 9. Why is this?
I would also like to revisit an earlier posting regarding the movement in creating Keypoints in Pan and Zoom. Roxio...if you are reading this give us a big red button on the Pan and Zoom box that will read "Duplicate Previous Keypoint." We then only have to move the position of the slider wherever desired and eliminate the annoying movement.
As far as I know all of my drivers are up to date. The only thing I have not done is to install Service Pack 2. I think it was Brendon that posted once if something is working, however poorly, that perhaps it is best to do no harm. Do you guru fellows recommend this SP 2 for everyone and will it perhaps solve some of my problems?
