Solutions To Installation Failures

I worked with online technical support for 2 days and another day myself before I finally fixed my instal problems. Missing certificate, cannot find roxio 2010, etc etc...

My fix was to run (revo uninstaller pro 2.2.3) I cleaned sonic and roxio plus all the associated programs that roxio and sonic had installed. Next install went perfect. What a relief... I actually used a nonregistered version, but since It worked so good I am going to send them the $39 to purchase...

I have used/recommended that application several times. I don't know what setting you used but I found that the MODERATE MODE was sufficient to remove the program for an easy re-installation.

 

It is not a cure all. You can download it also from here with a lot of other good tools.

HAve been using Revo for some time and it does a good job on uninstalling and cleaning up files after.
