Change A Channel Of A Show

Hi there. I have a problem in chosing the right channel for the shows I wish to upload. When I upload a show, Photoshow 5 does not ask to what channel the show should be uploaded, it simply adds the new show to "All Photoshows". When I sign in to my personal photoshow site, I do not know how to move the uploaded photoshow into the right channel. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

I'm not sure that you can. I didn't see anything in the help files. The phone is probably not a god choice but you should be able to get live chat.

 

Why are you still using PhotoShow 5? I know there were some benefits but they have become less so.

Since Arne hasn't returned to respond, I asked PhotoShow support how to link a PhotoShow to a different channel. This is their response.

 

After reviewing your notes, I understand that your asking how you can link your photoshow to other channel exist in your account. In resolving your concern we perform the steps below:

 

1. Login to www.photoshow.com > click My Photoshows.

2. Play the photoshow you want to link to the other channel > and select "add to my channel" to link it to the other channel.

3. Open Before and After Channel and see to it if Photoshow is added to the channel.

 

Note: If you go back and delete the PhotoShow in the original channel, it will be delted from the channel you just move it to also.
