Why Can't I Install?

When I try to install, I get a message: "This operating system does not meet the minimum requirements for Roxio Easy VHS to DVD. This product will not be installed." Now, I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, 4 gig RAM, 2.13 GHz processor. Where do I fall short?
