Duration

Question

Im using 2010 for the first time and am editting in MyDvd a projct Ive started.Im VERY familiar with 7.5, but 2010 is more cumbersome,so far.Any way, ive run into an issue and couldnt find answer in a search--so here goes--i want to adjust the amount of time for a particluar scene in the project.In 7.5 all i would do is right click,and adjsut it.cant figure out how in 2010.Would also like to adjust all the transitons at once--any help wouild be appreciated--thanks

Uh, did you try to double click on the video once it is selected? That gives you a video trimmer. Why don't you just cut the scene where you want it to end. Select the scene (dotted line around it) use the double headed icon to split it at that point aand then delete the part you don't want.

 

As for transitions, select one and then right click on it. Select transition duration and you will see a dialog box that will allow you to set the time for that one and then for them all. Best done in storyline view.

Using Roxio C2010 Pro. In the Videowave Program, see the attached cap's to change the transition Duration to a different time. You can either change the duration of just a single transition of chane all of the transitions to a different duration..
