Roxio Centralfx - C2010

I have Windows 7, Windows Essentials. I recently bought Roxio 2010, installed it with no problem. But when I try to run the program, it won't run. It tells me that "Roxio Centralfx incompatible." Has anyone else had this problem? And so, how do I correct it?

It won't run with Essentials. Besides, the netbook you probably have does not have enough processing power to run it. From personal experience.
