Capture Video

KNRasengan

Question

So if I click on "Capture Video" on the application's home screen, a circle starts spinning or something and then it disappears but nothing happens.

I looked on the software update page but the Service Pack 2 is not here.

I use a Windows Vista Laptop.

Three different versions out there, look at the pinned post at the top to find out which one you have and what Service Packs go with it…

Then tell us what you have.

@Jim_Hardin: I took a screenshot of my version and I added it as an attachment. The version is 1.1.124; 4.50.13a.So what do I do now?

I entered the program and clicked Help>Check for Updates but it says no new updates were found and I also clicked the link in the new "Service Pack 2" and the link showed that there was nothing there. See?

That is the first version. To update it you would open the Home app and click on Help - Check for Updates.

I doubt that will be enough... Most likely you are going to have to un-install, reboot and install.
