I have followed every single step from your "Prepare your computer for installing Roxio products" and "Complete Uninstall of Roxio Creator 2010" documents. Problem remains same. Removed Sonic and Roxio products. All applications run OK by itself except Cine Player that crashes at close time. Drivers verified, removed unneeded Registry files, etc.

I am running Windows XP SP3, ATI Radeon card, 2GB Ram, Dell Dimension 8400

??? So everything now works except CinePlayer which only produces an error on Exit?

For your info, we are just fellow users and don't work for Roxio.

Jim, Thank you for helping on this issue, your input is appreciated. I am running each application by itself, CinePlayer crashes at closing time. Any more ideas? I have submitted several log files and screenshots to Roxio support, I will let you know if any progress is obtained.

Perpare you computer like this (link) and then use Windws Add or remove programs (Program features) to repair the installation. You can also do a repair by inserting the Creator 2010 disc in your DVD reader.
