Question

I have the Easy Vhs to DVD Build 201B23A. I cannot get the program to operate properly. I keep getting the message "USB not Recognized" and then it says "one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." I have download all the drivers for the USB, uninstalled the program and then reinstalled it multiple time with the USB in the back port. Sometimes it says "found new hardware" when I insert the USB and sometimes it doesn't. Even the time it did I still got the no video signal. I have tried two different VCRs and two sets of RCA cables (both sets of cables work properly when hooked up to the television). I have a E Machines W3650 Intelon ® Celeron ® 440 @ 2.00 GHZ 2.00 GHZ, .99 GB of RAM Physical Address Extension. Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Is it ONLY the Roxio USB that is not recognized.?

Sounds like you are having problems with your USB Enhanced Host Controller.

Sometimes my computer does recognize the USB, but I am still getting the no video signal. Could that still be the USB Enhanced Host Controller or is it something else. Thank you for your time.

Does this happen to any other USB devices that you have plugged in (ex hard drive/printer/flash drive)
