I am having a few problems. First, I can only open this program by clicking on the desktop icon. On our other computer, we can open any application seperately.

Next, when I wopen photosuite, click on edit photos, all I get is the box with the circle going round and round and then nothing.

 

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Sounds like you have a bad install but first. You talked about the other computer. Is this a new one and if so, what Operating System - W7, Vista, XP? The program will not run in W7 and will eventually crash.

 

If it is not W7, my first suggestion is to use Revo Uninstaller (link) in the MODERATE MODE to uninstall the program. Prepare your computer like thisand then reinstall.

 

BTW, you agreement says only one computer per program license.
