Playback Problems With Easy VHS to DVD

I purchased the LP to Mp3 back in december and I still can't install it. When I try to install my software from the cd, the cd is not recognized in my cd rom. please help, I am totally lost!

 

 

I am in the same situation. I have been trying for 2 months now to install and use Easy VHS to DVD. To no avail.I have Windows 7 and it seems that all goes well with the recording but when comes the time to play back, there is total failure of the system.

So the product installed (or most of it)? Please explain what you mean by what I bolded above. Please post your computer specs especially what version of W7 and what graphics device you have.
