Did you save the file in Create DVD? If so open it and:

If not, post back with what you have. If you have an ISO file, you can use Copy and Convert to get the videos out and use them in a new Create DVD project.

man that sounds pretty simple--i did save it thru myDVD --when i convert, can i reverse it, ie use the basic file to do either AVCHD or std dvd--and can i do an edit as well. I was thinking afetr i posted that i could export the AVCHD as a video file in mPEG2 format as well, couldnt I--thanks alot again
