I am now using Your Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum and like to enquire does this software support burning easy cd creator image file onto DVD as it is only cd software? If yes, how can I start with and what procedures to follow? Is there any demo/video show or tutorial on this topic? Thanks for the assistance!

You are not talking to Adaptec, who made the Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum, some 8 years ago. You are on a Roxio forum.

I have not used the Creator 5 Platinum program since the Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 came out, but as far as I know, it was not able to burn to a DVD.

I use Easy CD Creator 5 regularly. It has always been able to burn data DVDs, and I wrote a DVD with it earlier today.

However the "Record CD from CD Image . . . " that you see in the File menu will only handle CD *.CIF and *.ISO files. It barfs if you try and feed it a DVD-sized .ISO file.

There is on-line help available if you hit the Help button and go for "Making a Data CD from a CD image". There wasn't an easy and quick way to transmit huge [relatively] video data files back in those days, so there weren't any demo/video shows made for it.
