Not Reading Cd's

Antonadc

Question

I have been using Media creator 10 since 2007 and have had ittle problems writing CD'd. I have upgraded to creator 2010 and have had a lot of problems with burning CD's. After writing a CD it seem to read a bit sluggish in the drive. If I try on a different computer it will not read them. Yes I know about different meadia quality. As I have said all worked ok in creator 10. I have a asus dvd writer and have win 7 enterprise. 3 gig pentuim 4 with 4gig ram. 200gig and 500gig HD. with NVIDIA 250 gts card. I have installed sP2 and have updated the burning engine. Has anyone had this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

OK closed the disc in easy media creator 10 which I have at work on a XP machine. The disc loaded perfectly. This seems to have solved the problem. I had to remove 2010 from my machine due to 2010 not seeing discs which was done due to viruses and ad aware progs. I have reinstalled the program and all updates will check it again. But I am curious to know why creator classic did not close the disc or see the cd's.
