No Video Signal But Audio

I am currently receiving the no video signal from Roxio Easy VHS to DVD. I do however receive a distorted version of the audio from a tape I am trying to record.

 

I am currently running windows 7 32bit, VHS2DVD Build: 201B23A, VHS. The USB drivers are installed and viewable in the device manager Roxio Video Capture USB and USB 2861 Device.

 

Any ideas on how to be able to view and get the correct audio?

Does the VCR work using the same cable and connectors to you TV?.

 

Try hooking up a DVD player and see if that works.
