Returning To Default Home Screen

Question

I regularly use Roxio Creator Pro 2010 for capturing audio from the soundcard, and occasionally using the Roxio video capture USB.

However, when I open the program the options for these apps are not available (see attached screenshot).

How can I return to the default home page?

Look at the last post Here and give that a try.

Well, apps are still missing, so guess I'll have to do de/reinstall.

I ran Creator 10, and apps were still missing (see previous post) but then checked to see if Sonic_Solutions folder was still deleted, and it wasn't, so guess I'll have to deinstall, remove Sonic_Solutions folder and also rxc.db, then reinstall. Now, WHERE did I put the install disk?!?!!

Sorry - meant to say 2010. Blame Roxio's confusing numbering system.

Trying reinstall. Couldn't find installation disk but nice people at Roxio gave me download link. I've got my serial number so that should be OK.

I'll let you know if I have any other problems. Thanks for all your help so far.

Just a word of advice on the download file - extract that to a temp folder (it's a self-extracting archive) using winzip or winrar.

Burn the folder contents to a disc as soon as you've finished installing and then you have a back-up copy
