... who advised me to remove .net from my machine. It caused chaos, but why should you care?

You can carry on wasting your life on here, pretending to be useful.

??????????????????????????????????????? Which dipstick?

Be careful.

If removing the .net caused problems on your computer, it was @#$%^& up before hand.

Hi Disillusion - I'm not finding anything in your ticket history where it was recommended to remove .Net.... If you have the ticket number specifically, I'll be happy to look it up. If it happened inthe forums, please send the link.

I also see an Agent responded when you disconnected the chat conversation on 7/16, and you have yet to respond for further help.

If you have a problem why not start a new thread and exactly state your problem. Hijacking a thread is usually counter-productive and just confuses the issue.

Hi Ben -

I see you are posting quite frequently, but am not seeing where support has failed you in the ticket history they offered indepth support including requesting log files, system specs, and extended instructions to resolve your issue. It's quite possible you still have locked folders (as you mentioned) and that's something that the installer can't fix for you.

That said, I'm going to close these threads (most of them are old) and suggest you start up a new thread and explain everything you have done so our community can have a whack at it.

Or

You can respond to the existing ticket and continue where you left off on July 2nd.

Thanks,

Jon
