Duplicate Disc Copy

Problem:

 

When I attempt to make duplicate Disc copy, sometime it will do the first copy .and some time it will not and give me an error reading. When it dose create one copy and then I click on 'Make Another', the same error comes up as listed below:

That's an error on your drive (it's the firmware telling the software that there is a problem)
