zinck
I have two more questions: 1. Is it best to burn the DVD in 4:3 or 16:9? A friend told me that she uses 4:3 and it does well for normal screen and wide screen. 2. When I go to Aspect Ratio Handling in the clip it states that the Source is 4:3. Do I have an option of changing the source ratio? Thanks again!

How would you change the ratio of the source? If you are trying to burn a video project from A captured VHS or from a camcorder whose native format is 4:3, what are you going to do --Physically stretch out the VHS tape or squash the camcorder so that it changes the shape of the SOURCE. Ask your friend about side bars and how the 4:3 looks on a wide screen. If you have a wide screen TV, use your remote to change the ration display to 4;3. That is how it is going to look. I really do appreciate the help!! As you can see I am VERY new at this. I too wondered how the source could be changed. So the final answer to all of this is that I will burn my DVD in 4:3 format.
