I HAVE TRIED EVERY WAY SUGGESTED BY YOUR DISCUSSION PAGES TO MAKE YOUR VHS TO DVD SOFTWARE WORK ON MY SYSTEM WITH NO SUCCESS. YOUR "GETTING STARTED GUIDE" IS VAGUE AND INCLUDES NO

PROBLEM SOLVING. YOU HAVE NO CONTACTS TO WORK WITH TO SOLVE USERS PROBLEMS WITHOUT A $1.89 PER MINUTE PHONE CHARGE. THE ONLY WAY I SEE TO GET ANYBODY'S ATTENTION IS TO THROW OUT THESE

COMMENTS INTO CYBER SPACE AND HOPE FOR AN ANSWER. THE ONLY ANSWER I WILL ACCEPT IS A FULL REFUND. PLEASE SEND ME THE INFO AND ADDRESS FOR RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT TO OBTAIN A FULL REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD. OTHER SOFTWARE PROVIDERS FOR VCR TO DVD SOFTWARE DO PROVIDE FULL REFUNDS IF NOT 100% SATISFIED. DO YOU THINK THAT MIGHT BE BECAUSE THEY REALIZE THEIR SOFTWARE MAY NOT WORK ON EVERY SYSTEM, EVERY TIME? PLEASE DON'T REPLY WITH QUESTIONS FOR SYSTEM INFO AND STEP-BY-STEP SEQUENCES I TOOK. You will not get any refund from me since I am a user just like you and like everyone else here in this users forum. Get in touch with Roxio Customer Service if you want a refund.

 

It would also be nice to turn off the caps.

 

Since you obviously don't want any help from us I won't bother offering any. You have not even told us which of the 3 VHS2DVD versions you have or what OS.

As far as I know there is no charge for telephone support with installation problems.

Sorry about the CAPS. I didn't know any other course of action but contact you.

Another kind member has provided me with refund info.
