Jim_Hardin
I have the same problem message. "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted." I am running a PC, 2.4GHz, 3Gb RAM, XP professional Service pack 3. I have a compatible graphics and sound card, cd-rom-DVD. This is the only Roxio product running, and I assume this is the latest version of VHStoDVD. I received it today. The only solution I have seen for the missing cert is this one: Here In nearly every case, the Clean Install (bottom) has been required along with the instructions… Let us know how you make out???
