Need more information.

Your operating system and service packs?

Is Easy VHS to DVD the only Roxio product installed?

What version of Easy VHS to DVD there are three, what does the box say for what operating systems and when did you buy it?

I have the same problem message. "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted."

I am running a PC, 2.4GHz, 3Gb RAM, XP professional Service pack 3. I have a compatible graphics and sound card, cd-rom-DVD.

This is the only Roxio product running, and I assume this is the latest version of VHStoDVD. I received it today.

Do you actually have a DVD burner?

The only solution I have seen for the missing cert is this one: Here

In nearly every case, the Clean Install (bottom) has been required along with the instructions…

Let us know how you make out???
