I tried 4 times to burn my project - it shut down fatally each time. I downloaded every update I could find - rebooted - now it only give me the option to save the project to hard disk. What am I doing wrong?<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> Need some more details: What exact version do you have?(there are different ones around) What O/S do you have? Did it ever work? Burn what, data/music....burn a CD or DVD? What application are you using? etc,etc,etc............ Hi. I'm experiencing the same problem of cp1959 when I try to burn a music cd by easy cd&dvd creator 6: I prepare my music project and introduce a blank cd; then I click the "burn" button; at this point the program show me a window named "record setup" with all the options for burning, then I click OK and a window named "burn disc progress" appears, but after few seconds working, the program suddenly shuts down. I have XP home edition version 2002 with service pack 3. Easy cd&dvd creator 6 is new in this computer; I used easy cd creator 5 before and it worked well. From Roxio's easy cd&dvd creator 6 suite I'm using the application "creator classic". Thanks in advance for any help.
gi7omy
Did you install Internet Explorer or Media Player 10 (or greater)? If so, you have probably killed off ECD6 (those two caused a lot of problems when MS rolled them out)

gi7omy
Short of rolling back to IE6 and WMP 9 and (probably) re-installing ECD6, not really If you prefer tabbed browsers, install Firefox (that doesn't hurt ECD6)
