chc Posted July 27, 2010 Report Share Posted July 27, 2010 Recently purchased Easy CD & DVD Burning from Staples and my drive does not recognize it as being a CD. Other CD's load. Larry Posted July 27, 2010 Report Share Posted July 27, 2010 Are you saying the drive is not recognizing the disc when trying to install it? there are two versions of the cut-down Easy CD & DVD Burning (Red Box) software. The most recent one I believe actually uses a DVD disc for installation. Try putting the disc in a DVD drive and installing from there. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Going to Support-Home shows a page with a CONTACT US button Clicking that button takes you HERE. www.roxio.com has the same SUPPORT button on its front page. What more do you want?
