Ummsalam
I've tried several times to install Creator 2010 Pro on my Dell Inspiron with Windowes 7. I get so far then a Can't 'Locate BasicBurn.msi' message comes up and everything stops. You get the option of browsing to find the module on your hard drive of Roxio disk - no good. I followed adiuce elsewhere in Roxio community to deactivate firewalls, virus protection etc using msconfig. Still no good. I've de-installed every Roxio software on the PC and reloaded - same result. My wife has a Dell Inspiron running Vista 32bit and it works fine. Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong? Thanks Mike
