Cineplayer Does Not Start - Windows 7

I am running Windows 7 32 bit and have installed Roxio 2010 and SP2 update.

I cannot get Cineplayer to start. When I click on the icon, and almost transparent message appears on my scren for a few seconds, then disappears, and nothing happens.

Reboot the PC, with no Roxio software running bring up Task Manager, Processes Tab, do you see a CinePlayer entry like this?

 

 

If so right click it and click end process, you'll get a warning click end process.

 

Now try and start CinePlayer again from the application folder like below, does it start?

Run the repair option from Control Panel, Programs and Features, for Creator 2010..
