How do you call the customer support people. They have take off my premium service and I can't get them to reinstate it. I will never buy other roxio anything. I renewed my premium service 6/7/10. They charged my credit twice for it. When I got them to correct this via cleverbridge Roxio says they have no record of me renewing. After along chat with custermer srvice and providing them with the payment receipt invoice they still will not put my premium service back up. What a bunch of dumb &%$!!!!

Thanks. I had to cancel all previous payments to roxio and start a new! I just can't believe they couldn't handle this with me doing that. When I get my next cc bill we will see if they got it right by doing it that way!
