Install Rolled Back

jesusteam

Question

I don't know man, what a mess, not sure if the right hand at their support knows what the left hand is doing. Such a shame. Hope you the best. I almost thought I got it to load today when I found some folders "locked", it went much farther then before but of course "rolled back";( This Windows 7, 64bit is a full upgrade and I missed Vista due to memory issues so this privilege thing is pretty new to me. Any help is always appreciated, Ben.

JStream has been unwilling to provide information to support according to some old posts/threads. Perhaps there are two of them? Jon @ Roxio has posted and there seems to e a lot of confusion about return of the product, failure to follow up on Service tickets, etc. Of course it COULD be someone else.

Example 1 There are more.

Those folder are probably locked because they were in use. Did you get any error message.

Use Revo Uninstaller in the Moderate MODEto remove the program if it show up in the list. Do this at your own risk. Many people have used it successfully but it may not work for you because of all the installs/uninstalls/tweaking that you have done.

Prepare your computer like this and then reinstall.

If you have a problem why not start a new thread and exactly state your problem. Hijacking a thread is usually counter-productive and just confuses the issue.
