I've been having issues with Roxio Creator Silver 10 (Version 10.1.206 / Build: 112B06B, VM3).
This program is installed on government computers and we users have very limited access to installing, uninstalling, repairing and updating.
On several computers, Creator Silver 10 will selectively read blank CDs. We use Imagine Plus, CD-RW, 1-4X, 700MB discs. It will read some discs and not read others. They are all identical. I am trying to determine if it is the disc, the drive or the software (or a combination thereof).
Does anyone know of any reason that it would read one disc and not read another of the exact same brand and type?
When I click on the button "Load Disc" under the "Data and Backup / Data Disc" menu option I keep getting the message: "Please insert an appendable data disc and try again". These are brand new discs, straight out of the packaging and of the exact same type that do work.
Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
