cd123
I recently purchased Popcorn 4 and updated the version to 4.02. When I try to add certain Video_TS folders it causes the application to close, while others work fine. Any thoughts?
tsantee
I don't know why some are working and some not. One thing I know is the VIDEO_TS folder cannot be missing any content from its original state.

One thing I know is the VIDEO_TS folder cannot be missing any content from its original state. I agree and find it interesting that I do get notification if the video_TS isn't valid, but when adding the video_TS to be copied or converted, the application "thinks about it", then just shuts down. Odd... I know...

Odd... I know... A workaround may be to choose DVD video as the format in the Copy window (or Video Files in the Convert window if that is what you are trying to do) and then choose DVD with the top button of the Popcorn Media Browser. The media browser can see the VIDEO_TS folder if it is on the desktop or in the Movies folder or you can locate it manually by clicking the icon next the the DVD button. Double click on the text that appears in the browser window to see the video titles included in the VIDEO_TS folder and drag what you want to the main window. You'll see then how to extract the titles (or chapters) to the main window for authoring to a new DVD or exporting to another format.

I think you may be on to something, I think that might have just worked. Thank you for your help on this. Truly appreciated.
