How Do I Uninstall?

I am having problems installing. Tried everything support said. Now i want to uninstall, but cannot. When i go to control panel, add/remove programs, there is nothing to click to uninstall. I think it is because i do not have it installed correctly. What do i do? thanks

How do you know it even got partially installed? Are you getting error messages?

 

Download and run Revo Uninstaller in the Moderate Mode. If the program "sees" the Creator 2010, then it will delete what you installed and the parts of the registry it is safe to uninstall.

Sorry I have Easy VHS to DVD. I was wrong, I am so sorry. It is showing an error, saying not installed correctly. I downloaded Revo, and did not see Roxio Easy VHS to DVD.

Ok, I re re re downloaded Roxio. Got it where i could uninstall. Thanks for your help, sorry for posting in wrong room and wasting your time
