Unknown Error...

When i try to open program it reads, "An unknown error has occurred. The application will shut down now. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Nothing to go on??? There are 3 different versions and you could have one of 3 different Operating Systems…

 

IF you have Win7, make absolutely sure the box had the Win7 logo on it!!! (One version is XP/Vista ONLY)

 

If the version is correct for your OS, try installing it again to see if Repair is offered… If it is, take it!

 

If not, cancel.

 

If things still don’t work, Clean Install is all that is left - Vista/Win7

Make sure you pick the one for your OS. And when you get down to the Install portion use the recommended Prep Steps - Here

 

Let us know how you make out & don’t be shy providing info ;)

No i do not have windows 7, i have XP. Not sure which version i have. I have tried to install it MANY times, and same error always comes up. :(

Same answer… The Clean Install is at the bottom of the Vista/Win7 link and the Prep Steps apply to all.

 

Let us know how that works out for you...
