Signing Into My Account

For the last several weeks I have been opening tickets with Roxio because I changed my account e-mail address to a different website. Once I changed the website to Yahoo from Comcast Roxio doesn't recognize either e-mail account and now I can't get into my existing photoshows. They can't seem to help me or give me any sort of access to my account. I find them to be very uncooperative, and definititely no help to me whatsoever. Has anyone else had an issue like this with them?

Roxio support is separate from PhotoShow support. You can call or live chat with them here. Look to the right for your connection options.
