Creator 2010 Install Interruption In Win 7

Have downloaded files to install Creator 2010. Removed all older Roxio files and did a clean install to be sure all remnants are gone. Still get an interruption and rollback when it gets to the point of installing BurnMgr functionality. Looking for a solution.
