Pre-Purchase Feature Question - Adding Text

MossyRock

Question

I have a big project that I'd like to accomplish using MyDVD 10, but before I buy it I need to ask a few questions.

I searched the available features but I don't see anything about adding text to still photos in a project in the form of captions or annotations. Can this be done using MyDVD 10?

If so, are the captions able to be animated in any way? For example, I'd like to be able to annotate the photos in such a way that the annotations will fade in and fade out on a picture while it is being shown in the DVD presentation. I'd also like to add annotations that would include some type of "pointer" to a target object in a photo.

Thanks!

Why don't you get the latest program suite that includes myDVD: it is Roxio Creator 2010. It can easily do all of the things you mentioned. myDVD 10 is a 3 year old program but still should have those features. Few here have that program.

Thanks for your reply! I will take a look at Creator 2010.
