Itried To Download Utube Video But I Can Not

I have Roxio Easy DVD Copy Premier program from roxio. The reason why I bought this product to copy video clip from UTube and burn it on DVD. But I am not able to copy the video clip from UTube. How can I copy a video clip from UTube and burn it on to DVD. I opened the main screen of the program and click on the icon copy and convert. The web is not opening add screen window. I have Window 7 operating system. How can I do this?

YouTube recently changed the file format of their videos to try and stop people doing this. Have a look at their changed Terms of Service HERE, Especially 4C and 5C.
