Downloading Challanges Of Photoshow 5

Hi all; I would like to know if anyone has had this problem. I downloaded photo show 5 and 6. Six would not install so I installed Photo show 5. I was asked for the key, I did not get a key either in my e-mail or in the back up disk So I called technical support they did not even know I was supposed to get a key. So after a 20 minute wait on the phone I got a key, It did not work so I called again after a 45 minute wait on the phone I got another key, obviously it did not work. I waited the week end and called a third time after another 30 minute wait on the phone I was told to delete the program and re install using the link that I was sent in the e-mail with yet another key. I did this , needles to say the key did not work. My free trial runs out in three days so I told them to send me the product as I would buy it off the shelf in a retail store. Obviously the download system is malfunctioning. I like photo show and used it when I got it free from com cast, com cast discontinued it I am wondering why. If I cannot get this straightened out I will no longer purchase anything from Roxio. Does any one know of a program where you can add cartoon graphics and talk, and thought balloons to people in your pictures. I am not faulting the technicians they did their best.

Go back to PhotoShow and to "my Account" . The same place you downloaded version 5. Your key is there.

 

What problem do you have with installing V6? What computer do you have?

But the Key does not work. I have had the techs send me three different keys none of which worked.

When I tried to download Photoshow 6 it uploaded 400 of 3000 Eastern Star and Masonic images and would no longer accept any more images as a new file.

I am using HP Pavilion with windows XP.

3000 images? No way, the limit is 400 so you got what what was expected.
