Over the years I've used the Roxio CD Creator 5 (okay a million years ago when I had a PC) and the Roxio Boom Box for the Mac. From Boom Box I used Spin Doctor.
My old Spin Doctor won't work with OS X 10.5 so I'm trying to figure out what is best for me.
I import music from LP (very occasionally clean up the pops and clicks and hiss) and then want to chop it to tracks and send it to iTunes; I download podcasts and sometimes want to edit them -- just get that one topic, ... ; I capture audio off the internet (say a whole concert) and again want to edit that to tracks and send to iTunes; ...
Someone suggested I use Toast but I wonder if it is too much for my needs. I didn't realize Roxio still made Spin Doctor but I see it on the site.
What Roxio product (or non-roxio program) would be best for my needs?
Any advice / experience would be much appreciated.
