Most web videos these days are flash - so if you export to .flv format, that should work for most people.

 

However, Creator 2010 in the 64 bit version of Windows can't do this (it's a windows/adobe problem in that the built in browser is 64 bit and Adobe don't do a 64 bit plug-in)

What do you mean when you say web? Yes, flash videos are the way to go if you are talking about a private web site. You can also use wmv. The question is how long is the video and who is going to watch it?

 

If you are talking about YouTube or Vimeo, or similar, go to those sites and they will tell you the preferred format for uploading. They do the final formatting and conversion.
