However, Creator 2010 in the 64 bit version of Windows can't do this (it's a windows/adobe problem in that the built in browser is 64 bit and Adobe don't do a 64 bit plug-in) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can also use wmv. The question is how long is the video and who is going to watch it? If you are talking about YouTube or Vimeo, or similar, go to those sites and they will tell you the preferred format for uploading. They do the final formatting and conversion.
