I added a new video to my production and all I wanna do is rotate it right side up because it was taken sideways! I saw the option under production pull down to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise but they were grayed out :/....Why?

A simple search would have found several posts that have asked this before. Here is one such thread

Where do you see the option to rotate? It would help if you included program names, etc when you describe your problem. Its impossible to answer your Why without more info

Ok. Yea that would be too easy. Thanks for the help. I just read the post but can't find the duration extend button so I'm not stuck with a 3 second video. Nor can I find the edge to drag it longer. :(

OK…

You are in Timeline and they may be small depending on your View Scale:

If you switch to Storyline everything is equal size. Right click a panel and select Trim:

You can do it in Timeline but you may want to change the View Scale:

After adding the clip as an overlay, you can really spin it around with the Settings:

I hope that is helpful.
