I tried to burn ISO image and many other files to DVD but I get the message that burner is in use by another user even though I am only person logged in

Help

Thanks

Steve

Are you the administrator? Shut down and reboot. Open only your account. That's a Windows issue; not a Roxio one. Perhaps if you go to Microsoft's web site and search for an answer, you find one faster than what you can get here. Who tried to burn something and then didn't finish? Why don't you have them finish what they were doing?

Your post is a bit confusing. You cannot burn an ISO file to a disc with other files if you want to play the disc. You can copy an ISO file along with other files if you just want to archive the data. What application in Creator 2010 are you trying to use to burn the disc?

I only tried to burn ISO image but it also does the same when I burn ordinary files so you are probably right, not a Roxio issue

Def that I am the administrator and no other person has tried to burn except me. I double clicked on the ISO file and it took me direc to Roxio for the burn

Thanks and will check windows

Cheers
