You should first take it up with the people in "the shop", since they've removed or disabled it.


If they refuse to help or are incompetent, you should then try to take it up with the people who put it on your machine in the first place - the manufacturers? - and see if you can get them to put another copy on.


I'm sorry but this is a user forum where users of the software try to help other users. There is no way any of us can legally give you a free copy of something. :(
