Home Screen Capture Video Option

Hi i have Windows Vista 64bit SP2 and Easy VHS to DVD Version 1.2.198 SP2 5.0.0.0 Build 121b98a. I installed the program fine but when i get to the home screen and tried to select the capture video button the white circle spins for a couple seconds then nothing happens. Please help!!!!!

Start the Install again - when you do you will be prompted to "Repair"...

I did the repair option and it still doesnt work. any other ideas? also some of the other buttons (Edit Video and Create DVD) cause a no permission to be launched error message.
