Background Images Issue

I'm having output issues with Creator 2010. When I burn and play back a video created from a home movie or a series of photos, the previous frame sometimes appears in the background as opposed to a blank or black background. I've updated my software, drivers, etc., but have not resolved the problem.

I use a HP Pavilion e9180t, and my video driver is a NVIDIA GeForce GE220. Operating system is Windows 7, 64 bit. My processor is an Intel i7 with 9 GB memory and 600 gb hard disk.

Your bottleneck is probably the nVidia G220 card - google for that and you'll find it's fairly low end as far as graphics go (and any review of your system shows that it is a very underpowered graphics for the system)

Before changing the graphic card,

 

1) Can you please confirm you already applied SP2 of Creator 2010

2) Also, try deleting the *.dat file in the same folder where you saved the Videowave production. Then re-launch Videowave and preview the production again.

 

Let us know if that resolves the issue.

1. Yes, SP2 has been applied and the issue did not resolve itself.

 

2. Hooray! Deleting the .dat file seems to work while previewing! Now I will burn a DVD and see if the playback is good. Thanks!

Unfortunate;y, the problem is back again. I have deleted all .dat files, but the issue remains.
